We ship our orders from Belgium. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, according to the delivery country.

Order processing: same day for any order placed before 8 pm
Delivery in Belgium: 24 hours
Delivery in Europe: 5 days
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 5 days
Gulf countries: 7 to 10 days
United States, Canada, Australia: 7 to 12 days
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
Duties and taxes outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, etc.), customs duties and local taxes may be charged on receipt. These are payable by the recipient.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not reach you, write to us at info@byselma.be with your order number: we will deal with it with the carrier.
