Questions
Is the Passport paid?
No. Simply create an account on byselma.be. You are checked in, with 20 welcome miles.
How do I pass the next gate?
€1 spent = 1 mile earned. Customs from €150, Boarding from €350, Destination from €700 spent from 8 October 2026.
If I spend my miles at the Duty Free, do I go back?
No. Your stages are based on your total miles earned, not on your balance to spend.
When do my miles arrive?
30 days after your order, once the withdrawal period has passed: this avoids any mistake in case of a return. You then see them in your passport space.
How do I refer a friend?
Log in and open your passport space with the button at the bottom of the screen. In the referral section, copy your personal link and send it to your friend.
When she clicks the link, she gets a −10% code on her first order. She has 7 days to order, with the same email address she gave.
You receive 50 miles 30 days after her order. Referral is for new customers who don't have an account yet.
Do my miles expire?
They stay valid for 12 months after your last order.
What happens if I return an order?
The miles from returned items are removed from your balance.
How do I leave the programme?
Write to us from the contact page and we'll remove your account from the programme.
How do I put my passport on my phone?
Log in, then tap « Add to Apple Wallet » or « Add to Google Wallet » under your boarding pass. Your miles update there automatically.
