Refund policy
Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind, without having to give any reason. This period begins on the day you receive the last item of your order. It applies to all our items, including items on sale.
How to notify us
Before the end of the 14 days, send us an e-mail at info@byselma.be with your order number and the items concerned. You may use the form below, but this is not compulsory: a clear message is sufficient. The simplest option: our Withdraw from the contract page, which sends you an immediate acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.
How to return the items
Return the items no later than 14 days after notifying us, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipment: until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
Condition of items
You may try on your items just as you would in a shop. They must be returned to us unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. If an item is returned damaged, worn or without its tag, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.
Your refund
We will refund you no later than 14 days after being notified of your withdrawal: the price of the items and the original delivery costs (at the standard delivery rate). We may wait until we have received the items, or proof that they have been sent, before issuing the refund. The refund is made using the same payment method as your order, at no cost to you.
Defective item or order error
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or does not match your order, write to us at info@byselma.be with a photo. In this case, the return is at our expense. All our items are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, return the item following the procedure above and place a new order.
Gift cards
Gift cards that have already been used are non-refundable.
Withdrawal form
Complete and return this form to us only if you wish to cancel your order.
